How the game is structured
Mega Mansion Tycoon 2 is separate from the original Mega Mansion Tycoon — no save transfer. Each public server holds about 12 players. You claim a plot, then buy glowing pads in sequence to raise rooms, floors, and estate wings. Blueprints let you unlock or switch between Classic Mega Mansion, Cliff Mansion / Cliffside, and Nature House. Some late Classic pads require progress on another blueprint (notably Cliff), so reading the mansion guides before you soft-lock your spending is worth the time.
Cars exist as trophies and customization flex (Custom Car Colors pass ~249R$), not as income buildings—see the dealership guide before emptying your pad fund. Art displays and goldify/diamondify add optional passive $/sec after collectors exist. Radio, jump, and run passes change vibe and movement; Auto Collect and Money Boost change grind speed. Exact Robux prices drift with platform fees, but community ballparks are listed on the money guide.
